Public Assistance to identify robbery suspect

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the Petro Canada on Cyrville Road on August 11, 2008.

 The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the
public’s help in identifying a man who robbed the Petro
Canada on Cyrville Road on August 11, 2008.

At about 12:10 a.m. a lone man entered the Petro Canada and
demanded cash from the clerk.  The suspect did not cover
his face until after he had spoken with the clerk for
several seconds. 

The suspect is described as black, 20 - 25 years old, 6 ft
(183 cm) tall, 181 lbs (82 kg), slender build and short
hair.  He was wearing a blue/white bandana and had a
distinctive dark jacket with the letters “AH” and
number “92” on the front.
