Public assistance is requested regarding the robbery of Hillary's Cleaners on Queen Street on Tuesday September 2 2008 at 1:50 pm.


On Tuesday September 2 2008 at approximately 1:50 pm, the Ottawa Police attended Hillary's Cleaners on Queen Street, regarding a robbery that had just occurred. Officers were advised that a male had come in and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. The investigation is ongoing.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 35 years old, thin build, short brown hair, blue eyes wearing a light colored baseball cap, a sleeveless shirt, ¾ length shorts, brown shoes and was at the time carrying a bag over one shoulder.
The Ottawa Police are today releasing surveillance images of the suspect and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying this person.
