Physician protests at the OHIP office in Ottawa, Friday

Dr. Lolita Nehra a reputable doctor from Toronto for over 30 years is protesting at the OHIP office at 75 Albert Street in Ottawa this Friday, July 25th from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Nehra is protesting the procedure how OHIP deems billing. A handful of OHIP billing she has provided OHIP have not been fair she says and it has to change.

This has serious consequences as the OPP Orillia Police are now investigating some of the OHIP billing she provided. Marc Duval of the Orillia OPP came to visit Nehra at her house last week in Toronto. The visit was bizzare and very disturbing. The claims by the OPP are frivilous and Duval tried to discredit her by making a comment "Personally, I have seen you without your clothes on". Nehra never met Duval before the visit last week at her home.

Nehra is filing a complaint form against Duval's outrageous behavior at the Ontario Human Rights Commission in Ontario.

Nehra says "I have done nothing wrong at all and they are trying to target me the OPP."

I shall not remain quiet but have always told the truth. I am innocent and am ethical.

OHIP sent her a letter recently saying Nehra did not bill for 15% surcharge for psychotherapy since 2005 which she is allowed to do.
