Monday July 21 at 11am
Chef Derek Benitz not only cooks things up in the kitchen but as co-host when he fills in for the vacationing Derick Fage. Fresh from holidays TL returns to the program just in time to explore the world of snakes with a sneak peek into Carnivale Lune Bleue's Tropical Terror show. Judith Cane joins us with advice on saving for your retirement and we chat with Roxanne Goodman about the Confidence Builder Community Choir.

Tuesday July 22 at 11am
TL is joined on daytime by guest host Mauler from Hot 89.9 and Ottawa Living. They'll be giving us their best Steve Tyler and Joe Perry impressions when Jennifer Jarvis from Rogers Video stops by with the new Aerosmith edition of guitar hero. Atelier Restaurant owner and chef Marc Lepine joins us in the kitchen to tell us all about the Herbfest Chef Cook-off and we'll show you what kind of moves it will take to be one of the Ottawa 67's Six O Dancers.

Wednesday July 23 at 11am
TL and Mauler are treated to a little Carnivale Lune Bleue cuisine with the folks from Distinguished Dishes Premier Catering . Local parenting guru Jennifer Cameron stops by with great ways to keep your kids busy over the summer months and makeup tips from the experts at Smashbox Cosmetics.
