Disabled Persons Community Resources (DPCR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring the independence, participation and integration of people with physical disabilities in the Ottawa area. The agency has been providing programs and services for people with physical disabilities in the Ottawa area since 1957.
We want to hear from working aged adults with physical disabilities about their experience with accessing and using employment support programs in Ottawa. To this end we have posted an online survey on the homepage of our website at www.dpcr.ca . The survey is not intended for the purpose of evaluating specific programs but rather to get a sense for how well people are served generally and what may need to be improved. The survey was developed with financial support from the United Way / Centraide Ottawa and the results will be used to improve the delivery of local employment supports.
We are aware that a survey whether in print format or online may not be accessible for everyone. Please call Terry Gilhen at (613) 724-5886 ext. 230 or send an e-mail at tgilhen@dpcr.ca for assistance with completing the survey or to be interviewed over the phone.
