Come and see the amazing array of the best of the cat world--from elegant Abyssinians to suede-coated Sphinx to those friendly giant Maine Coons. There are special rings for household pets and everyone's favourites--the kittens. Sunday features a Parade of Breeds where a judge explains the background and features of selected breeds--a great opportunity to decide what breed is best to share your home.
The Show also features adoptable cats from the Ottawa Humane Society and Friends of Abandoned Pets, vendors of cat-related products and services, face painting for the kids and door prizes.
Show time: Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Nepean Sportsplex Curling Rink.
Admission: Adults, $6; Seniors (60+) & children, $4; Family (2 adults, 2 children), $15; children 5 and under, free.
The Ottawa Valley Cat Club (OVCC) is an accredited member of the Canadian Cat Association, Canada's only purebreed cat registry.
