The Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario and the City of Ottawa will officially open the Sawmill Creek multi-use pathway with a ribbon cutting ceremony for a $250,000 project, funded jointly by all three levels of government through the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund program.

Location: Sawmill Creek Pathway
Airport Parkway on ramp at Hunt Club Road
Invited guests include: Pierre Poilievre, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and to the Intergovernmental Affairs Minister, and MP for Nepean-Carleton; the Honourable Bob Chiarelli, Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure and Member of Provincial Parliament for Ottawa West-Nepean, His Worship Larry O’Brien, Mayor of the City of Ottawa; and Maria McRae, Chair of the Transportation Committee and Councillor for the River Ward.

Travel Bank Street South
Turn right onto Hunt Club
Turn right onto Airport Parkway on ramp Northbound
Turn right onto parkland before you merge onto parkway
Volunteers will be on site to guide in vehicles
