OTTAWA, ONTARIO—Saturday, September 18th and Sunday September 19th, marks the dates for one of the newest, brightest holistic and best showcases for alternative health and wellness in the Ottawa region, the third Health and Wellness Ottawa Show being held under the big tents at St. Paul's University.
Heather Garrod, Health & Wellness Ottawa's founder and owner of Planet Botanix states, "Featuring over 100 local health and wellness practitioners, this show has something for everyone, whether you are a new visitor who is curious about alternative health and wellness modalities, or a regular consumer of alternative health products and services. It's also an excellent way for new and veteran practitioners to introduce their services to the community".
In the spirit of community cooperation, Health and Wellness Ottawa is Garrod says "We are very pleased to announce that we will be donating part of the proceeds of this show to Children at Risk, a community charity supporting Autistic children and their families."
