    1. Never skip a meal or leave the hosue without a piece of fruit.
    2. Prepare your meals in advance so you don`t reach for junk.
    3. Eat something every 2 1/2 hours.
    4. Eat protein with the 3 main meals and snack on fruits in between.
    5. Skip the sauces; instead use garlic, ginger, curry, salsa or mustard.
    6. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and limit caffeine.
