Ottawa's not yet a fashion mecca, but we do have a burgeoning fashion scene: lots of high-end shops, up-and-coming designers, several fashion blogs, and a twice-yearly Ottawa Fashion Week event. And if that's not enough, we're also the shooting location for Season 2 of Project Runwa y.
