A: OttawaStart is an independent Web site, owned and
operated by Glen Gower, with help
from some contractors, and lots of help from our readers and volunteers.
All listings in our directory are free, and we welcome your suggestions.
Q: I found a link that doesn't work. Can you fix it?
A: Yes. Please send the name of the link, as well as
the page you found it on, via our feedback form
(above). If you know the correct link, please send that to us as well.
Q: How come I can't find the site I'm looking for on OttawaStart?
A: First, we only list Ottawa-based Web sites. If it's
not based in Ottawa, or of siginificant interest to people living here,
we probably won't list it. Second, our list of sites is built from submissions
sent to us. If you have a site that you think we should list, please
let us know by visiting our Suggest A Site
page.
Q: I want to edit/delete my classified ad. Can you help?
A: Please contact us via our feedback
form with your e-mail and the subject of your ad, and we'll edit/delete
it for you. (All classified ads are automatically deleted after four
weeks.)
Q: What is the green hand thing? 
A: The green hand ()
means that a site is a "Recommended Site". These sites go
above and beyond the norm, and provide really useful information, or
a high entertainment value.
Q: I'm looking for a job. Are you hiring?
